Presentation of the homes and surroundings through a zoom call, phone call or even an in-person appointment with a collaborator.

Organization of the viewing trip (plane/accommodation)

Visit of selected properties

Appointment with our lawyer for legal explanations.

Appointment with one or more banks if necessary

Property choice

During the Purchase

Photographic report every month to see the evolution of the construction

Choice of materials, finishes to customize the property to your liking (furniture/decoration, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, etc.)

After Sale

The customer is and will always be our priority.

Help and logistical advice will be provided for each desired task (cleaning, car rental/purchase, house rental service, garden and/or pool maintenance, etc.)
